Black still remain popular with a share of 21 percent of the total issued car color with top spot in China. Silver must be satisfied in third with a share of 18 percent and still be to color in India, Brazil and South America.

DuPont Automotive Color Popularity Report reported that according to the survey, black and white color most preferred consumer when buying a car this year. Top black, followed by white and silver (silver) in third.

Black's  managed to shift the silver reflected as  increasing popularity in some Asia Pacific markets. They assess, black perceptions of high quality and luxury. "Silver dropped to third, because the population is reduced, especially in traditional markets such as Europe and some Asian countries," the report quoted Inautonews last weekend.
