Jaguar X-type become the rival of BMW 3 Series

LONDON - Jaguar X-type becomes the rival of BMW 3 Series and is seen as a model that will lift the Jaguars to compete with BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi. In England, the X-Type became the best selling brands.

Jaguar was forced to pull back 18,000 units X-Type diesel variant . There is concern of damage on the cruise control. Variants are recallable alert 2006 to 2010.

Until now there has been no reports of accidents. Only, the reaction of the Jaguar by pulling in large amounts, indicates that there is potential risk of these problems.

Jaguar says there are issues surrounding information on cruise control, between the input into the system. In some cases, the input is ignored by the system.
