 Tim Williams also issued a statement about the fire. They asserted that the fire was coming from the fuel.

"Tim, firefighters, and police, working together to find the source of the fire, and the latest statement on this incident will be given in due course," said the statement. "Williams F1 Team would like to thank all the teams and the FIA for their support during the incident today."

Indeed, there are also employees who receive the Caterham result of this incident. Three people have respiratory problems from inhaling smoke, and one person suffered minor injuries on his hand, as reported in the thumb sticking.

It is said that 31 people had to undergo treatment due to a fire at the Spanish GP, with seven people were taken to the hospital, and is currently undergoing treatment.

Montmelo, May 13 - FIA can confirm that a fire broke out in the garage Williams after the Spanish Grand Prix. The fire quickly controlled after an intervention from the staff of Williams, Caterham, and Force India, supported by the fire service circuits.

Thirty-one members of the team checked the circuit medical center staff, and all have been released, with the exception of the seven people who should be sent to local hospitals, where they get treatment.

FIA works closely with the Spanish government to investigate this incident, and will provide further notice as soon as the information there.

An earlier statement from the Catalonia regional government said that one person was flown to a hospital in Barcelona, with burns "serious". According to the Associated Press, Williams has confirmed that this person is one of their staff.

Williams begin to wake up

Catalunya, - Maldonado appeared very remarkable and shows his talents as an experienced rider. He was able to overcome the pressure from Alonso on lap 52 to lap 57.

"The distance is very close. We're keeping the tires thirsty, so do not dare drove too fast in order to survive until the end of the race. Hence, Alonso became very close," explained Maldonado.
