Michael Schumacher is not the only Formula 1 driver that can not be far away from the racecourse. After a four year hiatus, two-time F1 champion Mika Hakkinen, decided to go back behind the wheel, to appear at the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup, 13 November, in Zhuhai, China.

As usual the Finn commented only briefly. "Although I've visited China many times, I never race there. That's why I can not wait to Zhuhai," said Hakkinen.

"It will be a tough race, but I will do my best for Team AMG Sports Customer, This is a great sports car and handsome," lid Häkkinen.

Vice President Mercedes-Benz Motorsport Norbert Haug, who has been working with Häkkinen for 15 years, said that Hakkinen was the most successful racer of Mercedes.

"Mika Hakkinen is one of the most successful racing driver, best known and most preferably in the world. He won the Formula 1 in 1998 and 1999 with McLaren and later had a successful career in the DTM," said Haug as reported by autoblog.
