Vettel won't be dissolved in the euphoria

Vettel admitted, it must be difficult to achieve better performance than what was obtained in 2011. Nevertheless, he made sure that Red Bull can certainly make a step forward.

Sebastian Vettel will not be dissolved in the memories of the past. After becoming world champion Formula 1 in the last two seasons, the German rider now asserts itself and Red Bull Racing started the 2012 season to focus face.

Indeed, Vettel's performance is riveting, especially in the spring of 2011. He collected a total of 122 points, after wading a fantastic season by winning 11 victories and 15 pole.

But Vettel did not want it lost in the euphoria. While celebrating his success at Red Bull Home Run in Milton Keynes last weekend, Vettel said that he is slowly starting to prepare for a race next year.

"We had a fantastic season. It took a while to realize how special it is," said Vettel. "It was phenomenal. It will be a season that we will always be remembered and of course always be proud.

"The seasons just does not happen every year, but we've focused face next season. Adrian (Newey) and everyone on the team worked hard to get the car ready for next year, and it is happening."
