Renault R30's taken by Kimi Raikkonen

France, - The Lotus team (formerly Renault) has confirmed that the Finnish racer will drive the R30. It was desired by Raikkonen, could feel the car racing with a few laps around before following the winter test in Jerez program, beginning this February.

"We did not test the new car until February, so wait a long time. However, I should be able to refine the F1 car that was two years," said Kimi.

Meanwhile, from the Lotus camp confirmed that Kimi will round the circuit within a certain time in Valencia. Kimi has never been driving with Pirelli tires. He also acknowledged that the tire tends to be the biggest challenge. It is also stressed by the Head of Pirelli Motorsport Paul Hembery that the tires are worn Kimi later will not help him gain traction in 2012.



"It really does not help because the tires are very different profiles, including in terms of strength," it's revealed by Paul.
