New Lamborghini's design and production home's built


LAMBORGHINI inaugurated a new facility to design and produce small cars that are located in a building in the Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy.

In addition to design and develop models of Lamborghini concept cars, the building has a mini assembly line on the second floor are prepared to make a car with a process similar to the standard production line.

"This miniature assembly line will be used to carefully study the steps in the assembly of models of pre-production, so that high standards of quality can be achieved over the next industrial production," said Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann.

This mini prduksi facility will also be used to produce small production scale vehicles such as Sesto Elemento introduced by Lamborghini at the Paris Motor Show 2010 which will be built only 20 units and will be sent to the pemesannya 2013.

According to Lamborghini, the new building is the first time in Italy the Class A certified energy (energy consumption per year less than or equal to 8 kWh per square meter).
