Detroit,  -  small engines will be presented in partnership of General Motor and the PSA Peugeot-Citroen. It can empower both manufactures to face global automotive competition.

Because there is development, GM has not released a model that will be using the machine. Reportedly Chevrolet Spark and Sonic (Aveo here) is the largest and most logical candidate.



General Motors announced a partnership with PSA Peugeot-Citroen to develop a new generation of small capacity engines. This is a revision of preliminary approval, develop a great car for the European market. 3 cylinder engine would be used on a small car with a capacity of 1.0 and 1.2 liters for the U.S. market.
