Detroit,-Bentley, the premium British brand are still a group-by-Bentley Lamborghini SUV awaiting its maiden production in the next few weeks, delivered CEO Wolfgang Schreiber. This car was never mejeng the Geneva Motor Show last year with the concept model EXP9 F.
Schreiber hoped birth inaugural Bentley SUV could boost sales, contributing around 3,000 units with the official 4.000an 140,000 euros per unit. This year, Bentley Motors is hoping to boost sales of up to two digits, which last year sold 8500 units, up 21 percent due to an increase in the market in the U.S. and China 23 per cent respectively.
"There is no reason not to maximize this momentum," said Schreiber. To sustain this sale, Bentley will increase the number of network marketing 22 percent in the next two years to 215 locations around the world. Last year, the number of new dealer rose 10 percent.
Stephan Winkelmann, Lamborghini's Chief Executive Officer will decide this year whether to continue the project sport utility vehicle (SUV) prime Urus. Finalization of studies continue to be done in the next few months, if it is decided the way, then Mind introduced to the market by 2017.
"Later this year there will be a decision for sure. No delays to date, because it plans new launches occurred in 2017., But will be confirmed again if the target to keep using it (2017) or there is a new one," comments Stephan Winkelmann told inautonews (16.01.2013).
If so produced, Urus will use several options platforms such as the Bentley EXP 9 F, VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne or Audi Q7. The engine got a supply of Bentey, 6.0 liter W12 or 4.0 liter V8 with an estimated tag of 200,000 U.S. dollars (USD 1.9 billion).
