BMW Motorrad driving ban issued instructions to all R1200RT owners. Suspected, there is damage to the components in the rear suspension.

The driving ban applies for owners of BMW R1200RT 2014 output. Suspension system The model uses a semi-active Dynamic ESA.

"With regret we instruct R1200RT 2014 model with Dynamic suspension ESA should not be driving. We can not guarantee that the rear suspension arm assembly installed properly," wrote the BMW Motorrad, in a release as reported Visordown, Friday (06/06/2014).



Further explanation, each owner will be contacted by an authorized dealer, for examination. Also described in the release, "It's very disappointing for our customers., But their safety is a priority for BMW Motorrad."

BMW R1200RT is a motorcycle with a big-engined touring model, which has been produced since 2005. Two cylinder boxer engine with a capacity of 1,170 cc, capable of spraying power of 109 hp and torque of 120 Nm.
