Subaru XV in Euro NCAP's five-star safety rating

LONDON - From the data issued by Euro NCAP after a crash test, Subaru XV's capable of protecting adult passengers by 86 percent, 90 percent for child occupant protection, 64 percent for the protection of pedestrians and 86 percent to help the security features.

Femurs knee and bone driver and passengers protected well when tested crash front. But the structures in the dashboard considered a threat to passengers because it owns different sizes.

Subaru XV still fared well in side crash test. But it only offers protection that is not too significant as the protection of the chest. While the crash test from the back, seat and head restraint offers better protection.

For the pedestrian, bumper provide good protection but the tip of the hood just a little give good protection. This new crossover last Subaru will be introduced in Asia on the mat of Thailand International Motor Expo-28 on December 8, 2011.
