TOYOTA Camry's managed to achieve amazing sales in North America

Autonews reported that in March, Toyota managed to sell 42 567 units of the Camry sedan, with 20 percent of the lease sale. Autonews also believes that Toyota will not be exceeded 400,000 units.

this market will be invaded by a number of new models like the Chevrolet Malibu, 2013, 2013 Nissan Altima that was displayed at New York Auto Show and will be launched in June. And the 2013 Ford Fusion and Honda Accord are both to be sold next fall.

TOYOTA Camry won great success in the American market because it managed to become the primary choice of a number of buyers there. However Autonews reported, this year will appear rivals from Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford and Honda.

In the first quarter, sales of the Camry sedan recorded a rate superior to 105 405 units or 9,000 units compared to the Nissan Altima, who finished second. But if both these conditions continue, it will penetrate the numbers back 400,000 for the first time since 2008.

Camry shipments to the United States reached its peak in 2007 when Toyota managed to sell as many as 473 108 units. But the problem of recession coupled with other problems in Toyota vehicles as well as earthquake and tsunami in Japan to make a sale tied to the number 308 510 last year.

But incredibly, although hit by various trials, the Toyota Camry can still retain his title as a passenger vehicle in America with the best sales.
