An anti-radiation vehicle's covered by thick iron equipped by airtight and air purifier





Tokyo: As proclaimed NHK, Wednesday (16/5), SDF officials said the vehicle was covered with thick iron that is airtight and air purifier. The vehicle can also be used in contaminated areas of toxic gases and bacteria.

While the vehicle operator may use a sensor to detect radiation outside. Thus, it can directly obtain data on the toxic gas and bacteria that contaminated the area.

Unlike the vehicles used in the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant accident, this new unit can transmit data at once. Thus allowing the SDF to act quickly and decontamination plan.
