 Halford estimate, the owner of the car spend around US89, 3 million each year to repair damage to their car paint.

A recent study revealed red cars more inviting birds to throw dirt on it than any other color. The research was conducted online store Halford.

In his research revealed that 18 percent of the red car was spotted by a bird, while the blue percentage ranks second with 14 percent, while the green car gained 1 percent.

This study uses a sample size of 1140 cars in Brighton, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol. But there is no indication of the amount of each color of the car in the group.

The study also asked the owner of the vehicle quickly seerapa clean bird droppings from their car paint. And the result, only one of six car owners immediately clean it up, while more than half to wait until the next scheduled car washes.

Halford said, a very strong alkaline substances contained in bird droppings on the car can cause serious damage to the paint so it requires an expensive repair costs.
