Powerful Nissan LEAF electric car battery gets warranty

Washington - As we know, the LEAF is a pure electric cars whose batteries can be recharged by plugging the car into an electrical outlet in the home.

Nissan LEAF electric car battery some time ago had preached often down prematurely. To make consumers comfortable, Nissan extended the warranty policy of  making car batteries.

Reported by USA Today, Monday (12/31/2012) Nissan extended warranty hoped it could dispel doubts on the strength of the car battery.

Interestingly, it also applies an extended warranty for cars LEAF already sold over the years.

In the contract it stated warranty, Nissan will repair or replace the powerful lithium ion battery in the LEAF if down battery to 30 percent after 5 years or 60,000 miles.

Nissan believes that the extended warranty will eliminate the stigma that battery electric cars easily damaged and need to replace a lot of money.
