OTTAWA - While recall is only published in Canada and a total of 293 vehicles were hit by the withdrawal. Subaru will extend the examination to the U.S. and other countries to the market for some time to come.
Subaru enacting a recall (recall) in four variants Forester, Legacy, Outback and Tribeca. Recall was made after the model is potentially a fire.
As reported Inautonews, Friday (01/04/2013), the owners of the Subaru Forester, Subaru Legacy, Subaru Outback or Subaru Tribeca was asked to come to the authorized repair shop, to do inspection on the vehicle.
Examination will be conducted on the body of a cable under the lamp door. The reason is, there is the potential for a short circuit occurs in that section.
Subaru said the only vehicle that has lights under the door is affected by the recall. It is feared will be a short circuit when the car passes a puddle.
