polyolefins for new audi r8

MUNICH- polyolefins look will be familiar to Audi products and one of them is new audi r8.

Audi claims the use of adhesives for new audi r8  definitely increased by 50 percent. While Mercedes Benz said it now has in the approach to the adhesive manufacturer.

"We do not buy from the first source glue together but we specifically apply adhesive and complex," says Mercedes-Benz spokeswoman told Reuters on Tuesday (11/06/2013).

The above question might be making it up. But the real answer is to use both polyolefins. This special material is a special adhesive that is used in both the industrial products.

Audi uses material polyolefins manufacturer to produce the maximum vehicle weight diet. The plan will be a pioneer in the next few years.

Using glue to assemble the car is actually not new, Lotus Elise had applied in 1995. Aluminum has become the norm without exception in every construction vehicle.

But along with the progress of time, advanced adhesives can not be avoided, and moreover lightweight material can not be glued together by welding method as was done in iron or steel.

But it is not without problems, Ferrari never forced to pull the model 458 Italia to add spikes due to the adhesive around the tire that is not strong.

The challenge is how to make adhesives in the automotive industry to be more durable and heat resistant and vibration. Henkel, the world's largest adhesive manufacturer said it will start shifting their focus to the more special industries such as automobiles, airplanes, and even cell phones.
