No partnership according to Daimler

Frankfurt , - There is no partnership to BMW, Fiat and VW according to Daimler. All has any reason submitted by trusted resource.

Daimler declared open ourselves to develop and produce a new compact car with other major manufacturers . Discussions have been conducted with BMW , Fiat , and Volkswagen . Finally concluded , there is no great advantage when working with the rivals .

" We have talked about some points with them ( BMW , Fiat , and Volkswagen ) , whether it makes sense to work together to make the latest generation of front wheels car we wanted . Apparently, small profits , "said CEO of Daimler , Dieter Zetsche ,  told Automotive  News Europe on Friday(07/02/2014).



Zetsche says satisfied with the strategies that have been implemented so far , but still provide another radical signal in his tenure . " The most significant part of our strategy , look at future challenges and opportunities that can be run . Ongoing business development , "said Zetsche , who will end his tenure in 2016 .

In 2010 , Daimler has been holding the Renault- Nissan alliance . As a result, the third -generation Renault Twingo , New Smart ForTwo , and the second generation Smart ForFour will use Smart 's new platform . Compact SUV Infiniti Q30 wear Modular Front Architecture , the same base with the Mercedes - Benz A and B - Class sedan and CLA .
