developing durable battery for electric cars

Boulogne - Billancourt ,  - Renault-Nissan and LG are developing durable battery for electric cars and it need more cost to realize them.

 Renault-Nissan Alliance has announced to invest 5 billion U.S. dollars , to develop an electric car . One important step was the announcement of the partnership between Renault with LG Chem to develop electric car batteries are more durable .



If the average electric car battery type lithium - ion battery last between 140-200 miles , targets to be achieved with this new battery reaches 290 km . This ambitious project will manifest electric car factory in France , with the approval of the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission ( CEA ) , built from late 2015 to early 2017.

According to a report by Automotive News , ( 27/05/2014 ) , it will be directly proportional to the French government plans to raise incentives for electric and hybrid cars . Government incentives currently given in cash amounting to 5,000 euros ( USD 78 million ) , and will be increased to 7,000 euros per purchase of electric and hybrid cars for the sake of getting a fresh environment .

This durable battery project indicated will be applied to any of the models , namely the Renault Zoe . Hopefully, with a battery that last up to nearly 300 km in a single charge till full , will increase the number of buyers that the majority complaining about the mileage .
