Gobmeier, who joined BMW Ducati Superbike program, said that so far his new team welcoming approach.
"What I found was that everyone in the company is very positive about the changes and ideas that I have had to work together in a way that is hopefully much more efficient, and so far there is a very good reaction to it," he said.

Italian rider was frustrated because his efforts to develop a competitive bike Ducati failed to materialize.
In the Press Wrooom event in Italy, Gobmeier said that he understands why Rossi was no connection between the rider, team racing, and factories.
"One thing I noticed, and this is something we've solved immediately. I believe communication between what happens on the track between the rider, the team is on track, and factories, should be improved," said Gobmeier, as quoted from Autosport, Wednesday (16/01/2013).
